Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Belief Sports. Our goal is to provide you with a satisfactory purchasing experience. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a refund policy that complies with UK law, which we would like to share with you.

Belief Sports offers returns and exchanges on all products that are NOT personalised. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to notify us by email at sales@beliefsports.co.uk of the following:

  • Customer name
  • Order number
  • Address
  • Reason for return

Once we have received your request, we will respond to you and provide a return address. You must return the item to us within 14 days. Please note that we do not cover the cost of postage, and we recommend that you use a proof of delivery service.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including any personalised products with initials, numbers or letters. These items are made to order, and we cannot accept returns for them. Please ensure that you have confirmed the size and other details with your club before placing an order for personalised products.

Returnable Items:

For all other items, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and have all tags, and must not be worn. Once we have received the returned item and verified that it meets our conditions, we will either offer a refund to your original payment method within 14 working days or send you a replacement garment.

To request a return or exchange, please send an email to sales@beliefsports.co.uk, providing your customer name, order number, address and reason for return. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.

Refund Process:

Once we have received the returned items and verified that they meet our conditions, we will process the refund within 14 working days. Please note that any refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject a return or exchange request if the item does not meet our conditions.
